What is CareStory?

CareStory is a non-medical digital solution approach to bridge the gap between aging populations, their families, and caregivers. It provides individualized holistic person-centered care for senior residents and just-in-time support to caregivers by engaging families through the use of smart devices.

Each resident’s profile has a quick fact page, personalized music, life stories, and video messages that can greatly facilitate caregivers’ daily jobs.

The CareStory app allows family members to share background information about the resident. Staff, caregivers, and nurses can share each residents’ unique care preferences. The platform is dynamic and easy to access with almost zero learning curve. All stakeholders can contribute to residents’ profiles within their own privileges.

The moment a resident’s profile, only stakeholders related to the resident will be notified instantly. This prevents a flood of notifications for un-involved parties.
